By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
For safety, quality control, and hygiene reasons:
- Used, opened, or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded.
- Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for evaluation and possible replacement.
- Consumables, wellness items, and personal-use products are NOT eligible for return once opened.
We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet the criteria below.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
You may request a return or replacement if:
✔ The item received is defective, damaged, or wrong
✔ The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
✔ The product is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging
✔ Clear photo/video evidence is provided
If any of these conditions are not met, we may be unable to process your request.
3. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
❌ Opened or used products
❌ Items with broken seals
❌ Products damaged due to mishandling or misuse
❌ Clearance or promo items
❌ Customer error in ordering (wrong item/variant)
❌ Items returned after the 48-hour reporting period
This is to ensure safety and prevent contamination of consumable items.
4. HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide the following:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
- Description of the problem

Reports submitted beyond 48 hours may no longer be eligible.
5. APPROVAL & INSPECTION PROCESS
Once your request is submitted:
- Our team will evaluate your photos/videos.
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement or next steps.
- If the returned item shows signs of use, tampering, or mishandling, the request will be declined.
- If no replacement stock is available, you may receive a refund or store credit.
6. REPLACEMENT POLICY
Approved defective or incorrect items will be replaced:
✔ With the same item and variant
✔ At no extra cost
✔ Depending on available inventory
If the item is out of stock, you may:
- Choose another item of equal value, OR
- Request a refund
7. REFUND GUIDELINES
Refunds are only issued if:
✔ The item is defective and no replacement is available
✔ The wrong item was delivered and cannot be replaced
✔ The ordered item becomes unavailable after payment
Refund Method:
- Same payment method used (if supported)
- OR via bank transfer / e-wallet
Processing Time: 5–15 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Shipping fees may only be refunded if the error is on our side.
8. RETURN SHIPPING
If the issue is our fault (wrong or defective item):
✔ We cover the return shipping
✔ We arrange pickup when applicable
If the return request does not meet eligibility standards, shipping fees will be shouldered by the customer.
9. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order is with the courier, it can no longer be canceled.
“Change of mind” cancellations are NOT allowed.
